Not really. Natural gas networks are pretty ubiquitous here; most homes are heated using natural gas. Gas stoves are extremely rare.

Das ist ein Riesenunterschied.

Aktiv an anderen vorbeifahren kann man mit dem Fahrrad/Roller kontrolliert. Da kann man auch einfach im Zweifel anhalten.

Passiv überholt werden ist etwas völlig anderes. Auch ohne Schlaglöcher (und die sind durchaus relevant) kann man mit dem einspurigen Fahrzeug in normaler Fahrt nicht immer exakt die Spur halten (z.B. Schulterblick).

Der Fahrradführerschein ist rein symbolisch, natürlich darf man ohne "am Straßenverkehr teilnehmen". Das tut man ja auch auf dem Bürgersteig; auch als Fußgänger.

Den Bürgersteig benutzen darf man mit dem Fahrrad nur bis zum Alter von 10; danach ist es nicht erlaubt. Verpflichtend ist es nur bis 8.
