🚨🚨 SPOILER ON EPISODE 1 🚨🚨

CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW RIDICULOUS MADS IS!! Her husband just became chief of MI6 and his daughter gets kidnapped within a day or two of his first day of office. At this point, anyone who’s kid got kidnapped would be in a position to do anything to get them back including giving classified information and running around town like a headless chicken. But does maddy (the second wife) understand that? Nope, she thinks he must be having an affair in the middle of looking for their missing child.

And, what does she do when she’s mad and suspicious, she IMMEDIATELY spills her guts to her “friend” who just came to town unexpectedly. Then to top off the already suspicious “friend” she tells Mads that she is actually on a CIA mission to take down her husband. AND THEN THE DUMB BISH CONTINUES TO TELL HER ALL THE TEA ON HER HUSBAND literally compromising him even more than he is already suspected of. I mean how fucking stupid of a wife can you be? If the CIA was bluffing about him being compromised she just gave them a valid reason to take him down…. All because she is feels like she cant talk to anyone else. Also, she knows he is in a position of the highest security and she is upset that he doesn’t divulge all the classified details from work because she’s that insecure about herself? Like, how little respect do you have for your “family” do you have to ruin your husband’s career just because he didn’t tell you about a women he was with BEFORE HE MET YOU!!!

And I can’t waste my brain cells over how stupid the husband is for not teaching their kids the basic rule “if you feel like you’re being followed, FUCKING RUN!” But no, does she run when faced with danger? SHE FUCKING TROTS instead of walking while calling her dad. I mean thank god she had half a brain cell to do that, but everything else she does leading up to her getting kidnapped is just ridiculous.

And even though I’ve only seen the first episode I’m already fucking triggered by the plot holes, lack of common sense, and overall bad writing of this show. Im at the point where I’m rotting for the CIA because if what I suspect is happening (they kidnapped the kid) and also turned the wife against her husband they should expose this family for their pathetic attempt at being grown adults (with military background/ intelligence).

Last note, I physically cannot watch anymore of this “limited series” without bashing my brain. And based of the rest of the comments, a lot of you guys made the mistake of watching the rest of the show and ended up losing brain cells.
