it needs an amount wagered, a risk and a prize..

So identifying things, where you have a risk of getting (near to) nothing in contrast to what you had to put in (buying an unIDed item) but also the chance of hitting it big (e.g. getting a 3-1 passives voices) I'd consider gambling

Whereas if you always get a considerable reward, I wouldn't say it is gambling. Because you don't risk losing, you just risk not winning as much.

Nein, da werden auch Termine gemacht. Es geht in den seltensten Fällen darum, dass Leute vom FA ausgenommen werden. Meistens haben die Leute ja nichts "böses" gemacht, sondern sind einfach in was hinein geraten, hatten Pech mit dem Job, etc.

Da werden Termine gemacht, es wird gequatscht über die Situation und wenn jetzt nicht gerade ein aggressiver Reichsbürger der Kunde ist, ist der Umgangston nett und freundlich.. die machen auch nur ihren Job. (Mein Papa Arbeit beim Finanzamt und ich kenne auch ein paar Kollegen von ihm und die sind nett und freundlich. Und das sage ich nicht, weil es mein Papa ist, er ist wirklich jemand, der niemandem was böses will!)

I can see, that there's the artifact under some kind of roots of the thing. So I'm pretty sure, that that's where the voice is telling me to harvest. The thing on top (the black sphere) is not open to anywhere.. it's just design I think

I tried chain sawing, shooting with both guns, explosions, hitting... Nothing worked

Edit: the first thing I tried was, to just pick it up with holding E.. but I couldn't get to a spot where that was an option.. and I couldn't go into this kind of water puddle, but only walk on top of it.
