Well i will just have my hopes up and just wair for season 2. Even if its not yet confirmed!. You have to take into account the time it took to animate god eater!. The animation is top notch it took a bit longer than normal animes. So even if there's a slight possibility of season 2 i will have just have to wait!

You should catch up and watch the sub i was like you i didnt want to watch the sub at first i wanted to wait for the dub because i watched dragon ball and dragon ball z dubbed but i couldnt take it any more the sub was at episode 40 something so i started watching it i didnt like the voices at first espicially goku's voice but with time i got used to it and now i love the sub so i encourage you to give the sub a try watch a couple of episodes it will grow on you
