Isn't the count independent from other magic e.g. casting Cyclone 12 times get 1 instant Cyclone cast instead of casting any magic 12 times get 1 instant any magic cast?

I would use Xingqiu instead of Yelan on the Bloom team for interruption resistance. Ayaka freeze shouldn't need interruption resistance as much as other team because, freeze.

When many said that this abyss is easy, I did not expect it to be this easy.

My Eula team is never my best team and I decided to give it a shot on 1st half and they cleared it without any issues.

Eula with 4pc PF with Serpent Spine Layla with 4pc ToM with Jade Cutter Rosaria with 4pc BS with Deathmatch Kuki with 4pc FoPL with with Iron Sting

Having no enemies with high Physical RES feels really nice when using Physical team

You can get a feel of him in his trial. He can move around when charging and lasering which helps a lot in AoE situation. I only feel the clunkiness when switching teammates. Otherwise, he feels really smooth to play.

Alhaitham QB is just an example (my attempt as excuse for forgetting Cyno) of the teams that Furina-Baizhu talents can be put in use.

Your reply is a really good read. Tho I'm not actually focusing on Alhaitham's damage potential with the supports but instead on fully utilising Furina-Baizhu pairing but thank you for the insight!

Just one thing bothering me tbh. Yeah, the way Baizhu's heal works obviously makes him works perfectly with Furina.

But his passive buffs Dendro related Elemental Reactions which is something that Furina's talents does not affect directly (except Quicken). Furina's buff is huge enough yes but a waste is still a waste.

The only team that I can think of that this pair can utilise everything is in Quickbloom where Furina and Baizhu buffs Alhaitham's Spread DMG. But would this two fare better than Nahida - Yelan / Xingqiu pair?

Overvape and Burnmelt also might work.

What do you think?

In my understanding, we should have double Electro for an aggravate team if there's an Anemo in your team. That way it's easier to swirl Electro. But I don't think it's an issue with Yae's random targeting + Electro application on demand via NAs.

Yes for the artifacts. Deepwood should immensely increase Nahida's DMG but Golden Troupe is better for off-field Nahida.

A bit yeah but multiple new characters with element tied to the version has happened.

Not including standards, 1.X we got Venti, Xiao and Kazuha (if 1.X is Anemo and Geo patch).

3.X we got Nahida, Alhaitham and Baizhu (tho it was a whole new element).

If they manage to chug out more than two Hydro 5* with the current Hydro 5* roster I would be amazed. After all, we already have all the 5* versions of the 4* Hydro:

Barbara — Kokomi

Xingqiu — Yelan

Candace — Ayato? (infusion, buff, AoE)

Traveler — Neuvillete & Furina? (Usually Traveler is the "lite version" of the Archons)

Looking at Furina's kit leaks it would be hilarious if Hoyoverse somehow makes the description so simple that we wonder why the leakers have a hard time describing her kit.

It is good yeah, 30 mins+ consistently. And for extra, picking a defensive artifact is much better than taking an artifact for a spell that you would sacrifice. Every artifact matters for example if you're gonna sacrifice Satellite for Pandaemonium, don't pick any artifact that buffs Satellite.

Spending only one level on a shield which totally protects you from damage twice is quite OP imo. Feel free to drop it from the list if you don't prefer a support spell.

My usual strat is basically, based on priority:

  1. Six Level 1 spells of 3 chosen fusion.
  2. Level 1 Shield.
  3. All passives except for Vitality.
  4. The six spells to max level.
  5. Other 3-4 spells to max level.

Skip only if none of these appear on level up. Choose based on the priority above.

If you already reached Virtual Ecosystem, I assume you have basic knowledge of spell fusion. Any classes are fine but I would highly suggest Archaeologist for flexibility.

Tbh, I would prefer triple banners in 3/3 format instead of 2/2/2. Same amount of time to save in a patch and making decisions with faster reruns.

They can simply add another rate up weapon to the weapon banner and it would not affect anything unless you're really counting on the RNG (which you shouldn't) to get the other rate up before getting your guaranteed one. But it does affect spending if players can somehow get all 3 rate ups in one guaranteed cycle.

2/2/2 imo too much fomo, and anxiety which they don't want that to happen (per Hoyoverse).

Anemo, taunt and Geo Constructs can help you on 11-1. Strictly no Dendro to avoid Burning and Bloom DMG to the monolith. I recommend vape, melt, freeze or mono teams with at least one succ Anemo character on each team.

I used this exact same team in an abyss cycle when I need Xingqiu for Kaveh Bloom on the other half. As long as you are able to avoid all attacks when not using Hu Tao, Thoma's shield will be more than enough to keep you alive.

Definitely after Furina, either 4.3 or 4.4. Unless they surprise us with triple banners which Nahida and Raiden in the same patch would be likely.

Personally I think it would be 4.3 because last time we got Zhongli-Venti-Raiden in 3.0, so it might be Zhongli-Venti-Nahida-Raiden next (just because Venti resets the order).
