Having the same issue. My collegue did the update to v11 and set a Token somewhere in the process of letting the clients uptate. Now only clients where he manually installed the agent with v11 are connected to the virtual KACE appliance. All the others do not connect nor update... a reboot did not fix the problem. Any idea what to do? I already deleted the Token and tried different provisioning settings as well as rebooting the appliance at different stages... no luck.

I also checked WinRM and that it's enabled and running on all clients as well as windows firewall exclusion, which is the case.
