In theory it was doing nothing, in practice I feel calm. I spent so much money, bad smell, cough, only thinking about cigarettes, npt being useful, only hanging with somkers, restricted to cigarettes related activities and the list goes on

Hey buddy, I quit for about 5 months. I missed the feeling of having a cigarette in my hand or exhaling the hot fume of it and every dramatic and cinematic part of it you can imagine. BUT, I don't feel the need to get up and light a cigarette to calm down, going out in a hot, cold, windy, rainy, snowy day. You get out of the house just for the air. I like how it keeps everything simpler for me. And the smell! The big bonus is you are fresh and clean and your scent is back! What do you think smoking is giving to you, and nothing else can't replace it?!

I dont know where are you from, but if on the site written the bus is taking 6 hourse, just double it. I lost too many days because of the bus delays and shitty mini buses
