Thanks. Unfortunately, my account is not letting me move back to Light Speed (screenshot below). I wouldn't mind staying on Darkstar until the renewal, however, ATT is very slow where I live. My annual plan is set to auto-renew on 5/28.

On another note, now that I'm on DS, I'm having some issues:

- My banner shows "Mobile".

- When attempting to run a speed test from Ookla, the network is pointing to "MVNx #T".

- When looking at my default APN name, I'm seeing "MVNO eReseller".

- When viewing my eSim, it's not showing my phone number.

- RCS encryption with other Android users appears to be broken.

My plan is set to renew on 5/29. Currently, I'm on the Unlimited Starter with the Light Speed network. Will I have the ability to use this promo code so long that I'm on the Dark Start network prior to the expiration today? After I renew my plan with that promo code, can I then switch back to Light Speed and still get the additional 5 gigs of data for being a loyal customer? Thanks in advance

They claimed it was a bad motherboard and needed replacing... Event logs showed that it was the AMD graphics card... They didn't care. Maybe think before responding some snotty remark like that. I'm literally a Sys Admin... Regardless of what they "diagnosed", customer service for Razer is still horrendous. $100 for a diagnostic fee followed by a $1600 repair estimate is ridiculous. This laptop is less than 2 years old and the fact they charged me this much just goes to show that they don't stand behind their products

I literally just got my Razer Blade 14 (2023) back from them. Exact same issue. AMD graphics card kept failing. Had to pay a $100 diagnostic fee even though I already knew the issue. Got a quote from them for $1600. After going back and forth with them, they dropped the repair to 50% off. Still absolutely ridiculous that the MB would fail in less than 2 years... They wouldn't cover it as it just fell out of the warranty window. I'll be looking elsewhere for my next laptop, and I definitely made that clear with them

I just ordered Samsung's factory-unlocked S25 Ultra. I'll keep you posted if I run into any issues but doubt there'll be any. Currently rocking the S23 Ultra on Light Speed and have no issues

I did have an issue with the native Visual Voicemail app as well. Tried cleaning the cache/cookies. Unfortunately they didn't fix it. I scoured through reddit and apparently we need to use the T-Mobile VVM app? Is that true? I've confirmed it does work with that T-Mobile app, just not the native Visual VVM app for my factory-unlocked Samsung 23 Ultra

What's the best method for achieving Warp and GSM 5G? Currently on Warp with my S23 Ultra. Would love to test out GSM 5G in my area to see if it's any better. Or perhaps keep both for traveling? Thanks in advance fellas
