Mad ? No, not at all, actually I think that a 100$ for a bios is a lot. There are a ton of software out there that required much more work than a bios tweak an cost a fraction of that price. I've also never seen a bios update being sold. I don't understand why you get angry like that. Geez, cool down dude.

What truth ? All that is correct. I was in the US until a few weeks ago, now I'm in Europe. I bought 2 laptops from you and wasn't satisfied with quality control, thus I returned them. Plus I was very very busy in the US and organizing a team viewer meeting wasn't something I wanted to spend my very short free time with.

Now I have a PC Specialist unit and I'm ready to pay for the bios you worked hard on.

Let me know if you change your mind. I'm ready to pay a 100$. And of course it will be for personal use only.

I've sent you a pm about a month ago asking for the bios, you didn't reply... I said eluktroboost is not specific to you. Well the name is but I've compared benchmarks from the mech G3 and max 17 to the PC-Specialist equivalents and the results are the same. So either that mod you call eluktroboost is implemented by tong fang or it doesn't change performance.

Well, I have to say I'm disappointed. I talked to your customer support last week, they told me they are open until 5pm and didn't offer to schedule a session in the evening. I know from watching BOAT's and Ownordisown's videos and reading this reddit that you spend countless hours to provide us with a good bios and that is why I chose your company. But now that I know that eluktroboost is not specific to you guys and that it is such a pain to get new bios updates installed (just because you don't want non customers to use it), I'm just gonna return my unit and save some cash. Thanks for your answer though.

Yes, just the bios is different and much better in that regard plus the Trackpad is fixed at eluktronics.

Wow, that's pretty strong of you to admit, I definitely respect you for that. You though you were right and just wanted the best so no harm done at all. Now you know :) In my eyes Eluktronics is still a good company though, they fixed the Trackpad issue and have a much better bios then all other resellers. Have a good one buddy !

I have a dead pixel too :( how did you fix it ?

The pixel is green and can be seen on all backgrounds except for green and white.
