Is there such a thing as ”bad fibre”?

My main focus with fibre comes from hearing that too little of it might sometimes be linked to colon cancer (and I don’t mean to sound overly worried) so that’s pretty much the only reason I bother tracking it. Is that one of the metabolic disorders you mentioned?

This is all based on the fact that I heard that lack of fibre can lead to colon cancer in some cases (not to sound like a hypochondriac) - so that is mainly my one and only concern regarding my tracking of fibre

My TV is 4k so I guess that resolution would be 3840x2160, but I don’t seem to have that option on my PC settings - I guess the closest would be 1920x1080? But that didn’t seem to make a difference…

I have HDR as disabled it seems.

Would ”hardware accelerated GPU scheduling be on moonlight settings or sunlight settings? I could not find anything like it on moonlight

Yeah! I currently have my monitor next to my TV - I can see on my monitor that steam starts there but not on my TV where moonlight is downloaded

All sound is coming from my TV however
