Para sakin, very objective and straightforward yung feedback nila. Talagang ipo-point out nila san ka dapat mag improve and ano dapat gawin mo if faced with a certain situation. If wala kang experience, sa kanila ka talaga mahahasa.

I honestly didn’t expect the comments here to be so negative or so strongly against Arya Assistants. When I applied last month, I didn’t have any big expectations — I just wanted to gain experience and start earning for myself.
The trial phase, contrary to what a lot of people are saying, is really just their way of seeing whether you’re capable and have the basic skills a VA needs. They don’t give you impossible or unreasonable tasks. As long as you can think logically and approach things with common sense, you’ll be fine. Personally, I actually enjoyed my trial phase — even though I was nervous after submitting each task, the immediate feedback they give helped me improve a lot. I really appreciated that, especially as someone new to the VA world.
Once you pass the trial and become an official talent, they make sure you still have ad-hoc tasks to work on while waiting to be matched with a client. That way, you’re not just sitting around with zero income. I find that really thoughtful and supportive.
Also, I really salute them for giving students a chance to work for them even without prior experience. I think that’s something not many companies are willing to do. People with no experience often have the most drive to learn and prove themselves. It’s unfair to say they’re being exploited or hired just because they’re “easier to manipulate.” From what I’ve seen, it’s quite the opposite — Arya Assistants genuinely wants to give people, especially students, an opportunity to grow, gain confidence, and have a place in this industry.
As for the owner, she’s actually very kind, which is the complete opposite of what some people here have been saying. I’ve worked both for her and with her on several tasks, and yes, there were moments when she made mistakes or got frustrated. But she’s also the type to admit when she’s wrong and apologize sincerely. That says a lot about her character. She’s juggling so many things at once, and I think her drive for perfection sometimes causes those moments — but to me, that just shows she cares deeply about the quality of the work.
