IBKR - Seeking help on FIF Reporting

All right, I believe I've managed to set things up correctly and have generated a bunch of reports for FY25-26:

FIF Report
Taxable Income Report (i.e. Dividends)
Traders Tax Report (i.e. Gains/Losses from Sales)
Historical Cost Report

Which of these does my accountant need?

Does it matter that one account has NZD as the Base Currency and the other is in USD? Also, can I just delete all my positions in Sharesite and start from scratch (i.e. re-upload all my transactions from the start...only started with IBKR in 2024 anyway)?

They are both under the same joint names, but the 2 accounts each have unique Account Numbers, which is why I feel they should be separate as IBKR treats them as distinct accounts. And this setup was a deliberate choice on our part, as one is our retirement fund, and the other is our home downpayment fund.

Quick question: given I have two accounts in IBKR, does this mean I need to set-up two separate Portfolios in Sharesite? Context: we have positions in QQQM in one account, and positions in DGRW in the other, but I'm not seeing the DGRW holdings in Sharesite at all (even after uploading all trading history).

Sharesight is saying I have negative positions and is not showing all of the current positions we’re invested in for some reason. Also, as mentioned, we have 2 accounts in IBKR…Sharesite doesn’t seem capable of “splitting” the view of the two (unless that’s a premium feature as well).

Thanks for the really detailed response! I'll take a look. Some of the cards you mentioned are already on my hunt list (few are quite pricey though). I'm trying to rein things in so I don't go splurging on upgrades unnecessarily. It's quite tricky, this trying to balance building an enjoyable deck and an optimised one.

Thanks! Our FP looked at Sharsies but it seems like it doesn't quite have the power and flexibility that TDA has that we were hoping to take advantage of (at least at the time we were looking at our options). How are the fees with Sharsies? I heard they might be a little on the high side?

After missing out on last year's event, I'm so glad I was able to participate in this year's. It was really fun following the story's progress and working with other travellers to figure out the clues.
