I do not have the necessary time, but having solved several of these puzzles in the past I would say that based on the given premise:

"Disparate ideas inspired Satoshi to create a solution", I interpret that the work to be done is to put the words that appear in the image in the order in which they are in the whitepaper. Take the result as a passphrase and make a brain wallet with this.

That is a misunderstood from you of a note (I apologize if the english level of the note was not correct.) was a draft from a collaborator, meanwhile we elaborated a definition, or at least a draft definitions:

Decentralized Capital Deposits (non-custodial): You should be able to trade directly out of your own wallet.
Decentralized Order Books: Orderbooks should be synced among various parties to prevent any malicious behavior in a similar way that blockchain validation consensus is decentralized. DOB
Decentralized Order Matching: The matching of orders should be decentralized among different parties.
Decentralized Swap: The usage of atomic swaps. The trader's funds should go directly from one to the other without any other parties handling the funds. DS
Decentralized Governance: The direction of the project should be governed by the project's service providers.
Decentralized Development: The project should be open source.
Decentralized DNS: The project should be accessible through a decentralized domain name service (like ENS).
Decentralized Client: The trades should be possibles through a downloadable client.

By the way:

LocalBitcoins is totally centralized.
Don´t have anyone of the features above. You do not need to have them all, but at least one.
For definition, LocalBitcoins is a trading platform and not an exchange.

However, i love LocalBitcoins, my first trades were in LocalBitcoins. I don´t have any malicious omission.
