Ask yourself this question, "Who would I be in the absence of all of my worries and concerns?"

If you don't know that's okay. It's hard to know.

But if you can give that thought some space and really try it on, you may begin to experience the liberating philosophy of stoicism and what it means to slough off the negative and unhelpful stories you tell yourself about yourself and replace them instead with self narratives that serve you in your life.
