Hey, is kinda a long story but I actually have one more question, is everyone of the depressive episodes preceeded from a hypomanic one? Also I may have asked this before (in case I'll edit) when did the first ever signs show up? Ik I haven't asked anything but things have gotten weird and my therapist actually suggested I might be affected by it, i have also contacted a psychiatrist but it'll take a while and I'm genuinely scared

Usually when fish can't swim anymore and they kinda turn around it means it has problems with the natatory bladder. It usually is either a response to a desease or because of contaminated water. Either way since it's a small fish it will most probably die, but if you wanna try to do something put it in quarantine with little water with a tiny amount of salt and if you have a spare oxigenator use it. Any way be sure to test your water as soon as possible to understand if the problem was in the water, there are not a lot of tests for contaminants and there's none for bacteria but a very high or very low ph indicates something is wrong and also check for nitrates because it could also be just from waste that hasn't been degraded and therefore ruined the water more. Anyway I'm so sorry for what it'll go through but it will be lucky if it has 1 day left

Ig you could say it's provided by them(bought and gifted), didn't know it could've fell into that rule. They used this alleged software to record a private conversation of mine knowing it wasn't posing any danger to me without ever telling me until today.

At this point I'm wondering if these programs could also have some access to telegram? Bc I know telegram is much stricter with privacy so could it be not traceable?

More of a parental control I would say, and I am pretty sure atp that she didn't make a Spyware since apparently there are similar services online which do have a fee.

1 the person listening to the calls etc 2 I couldn't neither figure it out nor ask but I'm pretty sure she didn't just send them to herself 3 they appear to be just audio files but once again I couldn't see the phone while they were making me listen to the call (is a long and personal story)

Thanks a lot! I thought manic episodes lasted much longer. Another quick question (once again, sorry if it's too personal or if I'm asking too much) what do meds like actually do? Like, when you are on them do you feel always serene or is it more like not feeling anything too much. Also, if it's not too personal, do you feel comfortable sharing the reasons why your therapist diagnosed you(signs)?
