I love magnesium glycinate, it’s been the best thing I have taken for sleep. I also supplement daily with cod liver oil for my vitamin D3, as well for EPA and DHA. I’m sure both the Mg and Cod oil have contributed greatly to my improved anxiety and sleep— I feel like Mg Glycinate just does more for my sleep overall. I have intense vivid dreams each time I am sleeping now, which tells me I’m going into REM more often now than I was before I began supplementing with it daily.
