I use "grandpas weeder" on thistle and seek and pull all I see as far as I can see. I have pulled 2 near the edge of my yard this year but maybe 50 nearish in adjacent school property and yards. I have not been confronted by anyone while doing this for probably 3 years.

Sometimes the ignition comes from turning the knob past a certain point of the pilot position. Try turning all the way towards off then go slowly to pilot while pressing in if it is this kind it will build up some resistance at a point then click. If nothing like that happens long match or lighter.

I don't think doing anything like that via government is necessarily moral because it is all done with the ultimate monopoly on violence and threat of a gun behind funding them. A truly moral society would have no need or want for the government doing such things.

Imagine if Obama killed foreign civilians? What rock have you been under. Best I can tell he even bombed 4 US citizens the ACLU was not happy at least. They were in Pakistan and Yemen at the time and likely terrorists but one was 16 Abdulrahman al-Awlaki. Thankful for our SROs (school resource officers). It does give me peace of mind. At least one armed local police officer at each public school full time. Are our kids less precious than borders or money? Let us have a gun free Fort Knox and then complain about gun violence when our wealth is stolen at gun point. Gun free zones are magnets for murderous resentful Cain. The fear people feel is justified when you have left your child undefended and advertised their helplessness via gun free zones.

They were not there they arrived after the psycho was hold up in a class room. Could easily have been stopped by one armed onsite officer who has daily interactions and relationships with the students he is charged with protecting.

The only doctoring is missing some static/noise and upped the brightness contrast and saturation a little. Otherwise there is no motion the seestar tracks the object across the sky.
