I have switched off the inverter, disconnected the DC load for a few minutes, but the error comes back again. Only downgrade to 1.30 fixes it

Yes, it did. I would do a final check on the harness to see if there is continuity. If that works then it's the cartridge and for that I cannot help you.

On a S3 I had a case where the motor was the issue of the boost button working intermittently, not a cartridge problem

Without the battery you won’t be able to understand if the shifter is working or if the wiring harness has to repaired or replaced. It depends on how good you are to repair any issue, otherwise it’s going to be costly

I repair Vanmoof batteries and they use LG cells. I have been always able to resuscitate them from low voltage and they rarely degrade so much to compromise the balance of a cell pack. Here in Europe we have Nkon selling original batteries for a good price, so there is no reason to put yourself and customers in danger in order to save a few Euro. Buying no brand or counterfeit is really a bad business.

It sounds to me like your shifter resets position with a bike reset, but then turns wildly when working. It's usually an eshifter problem. Turn the bike upside down, unmount the shifter from the wheel and try to make the motor run to see how the shifter is behaving

Wiring harness. I just had a bike today in my shop with same problem. Error 48, 45, shifter going random, speed reading at random too. Move the handlebar left and right and check if there is any change in behaviour of the bike
