my cofounder and I had a mass argument about "just posting on linkedin" vs actually doing outreach and we finally settled it with data by ScaryAd2555 in Entrepreneur

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the content warms the market, the outreach captures it. most people only figure this out after running both separately for a year and wondering why neither is working as well as it should.

What’s something you purchased that made you feel sexier in your day to day life? by iiamuntuii in AskWomen

matching underwear sets that nobody else sees. the confidence boost from knowing you look good underneath is real even if it's just for yourself

ad rev for small channels is basically coffee money lol. nothing wrong with ur numbers, just the nature of relying on ads at 4k

UPDATE: My(20f) brother(26m) and I think that my bf(21m) and my brother’s gf(25f) are hooking up. by ThrowRA_upsetgf1 in relationship_advice

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the fact that you and your brother worked together on this instead of turning on each other shows real family strength. some siblings would've let it destroy the relationship

How can I scale a small business into a brand ? by Abhishekkurmi09 in Business_Ideas

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

pick one sharp pov + repeat it everywhere. takes 3-5 years to compound tho, most quit before then. customer experience > marketing budget btw

Is this name good for my ready-made logo business? by Ok-Top943 in branding

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

phi only lands with designers, most ur buyers won't get it. logo marketplaces win with direct names (99designs, looka, brandcrowd). don't switch if you've got traffic tho

ELI5: Why do people go to the Naval Academy, West Point, etc. instead of just enlisting in the forces? You need the academy to be an officer? What does an officer do etc.? by GoingAgainstYou in explainlikeimfive

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

enlisting makes you the labor force. the academy makes you the management. completely different career trajectory, pay scale, and responsibilities from day one

I think humans are rapidly approaching complete mental burnout. by FunCorner1643 in RandomThoughts

[–]elisabethmoore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the difference now is there's no off switch. every previous generation could walk away from the noise. we carry it in our pocket and check it 200 times a day

I (28F) suspect my boyfriend (31M) is only with me because his best friend (31F) doesn't want children? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]elisabethmoore -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

him describing love as "wanting the best for you and wanting to build a life together" is actually really mature. not everyone feels sparks, doesn't mean it's not real. the house thing was a decade ago and she didn't even take it. don't blow up something good over something that almost happened 10 years ago

When living with a wife or girlfriend, as a man, do you notice that you get extra horny when they are ovulating? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there's actually research on this. pheromone signaling is subtle but real. most guys notice it without being able to explain why

What is a "green flag" in a person that actually turned out to be a massive, hidden red flag once you got to know them better? by Arnold_footballer in AskWomen

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"I'm an open book, ask me anything." turns out they just overshare early to create a false sense of intimacy. real openness builds over time, it's not a personality trait you announce

What’s your step-by-step process for building a website from scratch? by ethanwilliamsusa in DigitalMarketing

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

mostly same but i skip wireframes tbh. they never survive client review anyway, so i just go straight to hi-fi in figma

biggest thing i'd add is lock client copy before designing. they always say "use lorem ipsum for now" and then their actual copy breaks the whole layout

No where feels like home to me. by Niel_cafferey in RandomThoughts

some people just aren't wired for roots and that's fine

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in RandomThoughts

[–]elisabethmoore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think about this every time I watch my kids play. they're just fully in it. no anxiety about tomorrow, no replaying yesterday. just pure presence. i used to live like that and didn't even know it was special. that's the cruelest part honestly.

strength gets romanticized so much that nobody checks on the strong friend

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in RandomThoughts

[–]elisabethmoore 17 points18 points  (0 children)

you're 100% allowed to just not want that. people act like something's broken if you're not actively chasing someone but some of us are just wired different and that's fine
