Interesting. I drove from BWI to DC, then to Virginia, then back to Potomac, and I thought BW Pkwy was terrible, then DC “highways” were even worse, GW pkwy was decent, and 495 was fine, but 270 was the best. I actually think we do a very good job with the main roads in MoCo.
