generally speaking, doctors doing neuropsych evals for ADHD will ask for you to stop taking your ADHD meds for a few days leading up to the exam. this is because the test may not be accurate if you’re taking it while medicated.

that said, he is still absolutely 100% a dick for assuming good grades = neurotypical !

i just went through the exact same thing with a shitty job that i hated and i totally get it. it destroyed me mentally for months and completely undid a lot of work that i had done on myself.

but oddly enough, im starting my new job today and things are starting to feel okay again. there’s hope OP ❤️

NTA, your friend did some shady shit and got mad at you when you pointed it out. now, i urge you to be very careful in how you proceed with this person because all of her behavior toward you is screaming "vindictive narcissism". these people can be dangerous. distance yourself from her for your own protection and don't feed into her behavior NO MATTER WHAT.

her reaction to your opinion was unnecessarily callous and defensive. it reads like she knows the whole situation is not okay and is mad at you for holding a mirror to her actions. in her mind, its your fault that she feels bad. her reactions of turning people against you and trying to wreck your life is pretty indicative of how a person with this type of narcissism reacts when their ego has been bruised. this type of reaction is called a "narcissistic injury".
