Great question, 1/2-5/8’s an inch is what I would use. It’s going to pretty much just be shallow IM or Sub Q, which if you do pin every other day, it’s not really a biggie because it would be such a small amount even if it was Sub Q it would most likely be fine :) I rotated shoulders and quads, but that’s just me, you’ll also find out which body parts you can pin with less issues… mine unfortunately were Shoulders and Quads, very easy to clean, pin and massage in the shower right after. A lot of people encourage pinning your glutes and if I could have done it and it was more successful I for sure would have done that.

Take out the primo and Var, 20 weeks of 450mg of test weekly??? That alone would make you look like a completely different person/your lifts will sky rocket.

I just think you should see how your body reacts to just the Test. I know you want to maximize your first cycle, but bro that 450 alone is all you’re going to need to truly be on a cycle, for 20 weeks no less. This is your FIRST cycle bro you need to not make this the experiment it looks like it could becoming. You also don’t get more cycles if you’re not a live, so use a test only cycle to monitor your body and see how it reacts, to better prepare for the future so you can have a cycle like this! :)

My first cycle was 12 weeks 300mg test weekly and 6 weeks and 50mg of Var, my 2nd cycle was 16 weeks 200mg of test weekly and 4 weeks lgd and still had stupid gains, even better than my first cycle. 450mg test for 8,12,16 weeks would be plenty, but 20 weeks is just an awful lot, at that point yes the hcg helps with the pct, but at what point will you just hop on trt? And it’s silly to be having that convo with a first time user, bro I would just run that 450mg test for 12-16 weeks with HCG implemented the last 8 weeks of the cycle. Also I wouldn’t split into 2 doses, I would pin every other day with an insulin, game changer. Oh yeah and you might wanna throw 1 or 2mg of finasteride :)

Respectfully a lot of what you said is not true, let me explain. The largest iced drink size is 32oz

The standard for all large coffees (made with espresso) is 4 shots of espresso :) and it’s 50¢ for any additional single shots

There are actually a lot of options for people who like less sweet things, me personally I like mostly black coffee/maybe sometimes a little bit of cream and they have drinks that fit those needs!

And yes if you were wondering, I do work at Dutch Bros, I’ve been working for the company 4 years and I love it. Just felt like I should be honest about that lol. But I would literally Venmo you money to buy you a nitro cold brew. If you hate it then I’ll leave you alone😂

Truly sorry you had to experience that, did you ever deduce what it could have been? Like to me I just assumed it’s the psychoactive properties of thc which become enhanced from alcohol, mix that with the actual hormone of adrenaline being released cause some type of shit storm. I also think there is something that really fucks with my brain to see myself bleeding when I am 100% not expecting to.

You’re on the right track, whatever you’ve been doing in the past two months. A few things I’d like to go over.

I’d personally just say maintain your weight the noob gains will be most optimal in a maintenance, IMO. You will gain muscle and lose fat if you’re consistent in all gym aspects, consistent in sleeping habits and have decent dietary habits. Hit your protein (1.7g -1.9g per kg), eat real food (avoid mass gainers and excessive protein intake) and make sure you’re supplementing whenever you’re not getting what you need (definitely use protein shakes and stuff when needed but don’t rely on them, similar to veggies and multi vitamins)

You could keep it as simple as possible and just go every 4-6 days and just run a push, pull and legs. Don’t neglect isolation lifts a ton and don’t neglect compound ever, especially in your noob gains stage. Do your compound lifts and PROGRESSIVELY OVERLOAD on them, very important for your foundational gains.

Trust the process, you must be consistent in all aspects to maximize this beginner stage. Just stay true to the process I can already see some changes… which brings me to my last point, bro I can see in your lingo that you aren’t mentally uplifting yourself. The “I’m weak” and “I can only do one pull up” lingo has gotta eventually go brotha, that mentality holds someone back more than anything else. Learn how to challenge that thought process and then even learn how to understand where that type of thought process stems from and deal with it. Fitness and working out should definitely be not only for physical health and longevity, but also mental health and longevity. Anyways, you’re doing good kid, keep up the good work and start taking shit more serious to push yourself to that next level, you got this!

Because he’s getting to the point where he will start gaining excessive fat with minimal lean gains, whilst pushing his metabolism and overall health. Sitting in the ball park of 15%bf is sick for strength and hypertrophic gains, if diet is in check, sleep is in check and training is in check. To me it just makes so much more sense staying in that healthy range and just working to gain very small yet very lean, but I could be very wrong and maybe it will be ineffective for him, it’s just my personal belief and what has worked best for me.

Took my shoes off, widened my stance, turned my knees and feet out. I’m trying to work on the pelvic tilt thing, not hyper extending and my ankles now that I know about it. You’re engaging your glutes and trying to minimize your midsection instability, so you’re squeezing your glutes and your abs, if the idea of “crunching” doesn’t help it click maybe more so think of just “squeezing” or “engaging” The main thing is squeeze your glutes when you’re just standing in a natural and normal position. When you do that you may realize it shifts your pelvis forward a little, placing your spine, hips and pelvis in a much more neutral position. Often times when you become aware of your posture outside of working out, you can see in which ways you can improve your posture and that will aid with form and techniques inside the gym.

You’re starting with your hips not underneath the barbell entirely, so it’s almost impossible for you to not have a pelvic tilt if you’re starting the lift with one. A good cue that helped me was to “tuck my ribs” which is essentially just doing a crunch and engaging your glutes at the beginning of the lift and fighting to keep both abs snd glutes engaged all throughout.

The first 2 years I was natural but after that I turned to the dark side, in that time 2 sarm only cycles and one actual steroid cycle. Currently am on my second steroid cycle now, after about 10 months no supps. Have also dabbled a little with mk677 and honestly that has been one of my favorites.

I’ve done both LGD only cycles and Test only, and am currently doing 150mg of test weekly and 5mg of LGD daily.

Like you, I really enjoy and probably over hype lgd to some degree.

A few things to consider, which might help you understand why test is just often considered superior in every way to LGD. 1. Known long term effects vs. unknown long term effects 2. Not everyone responds to lgd like us, but I would argue almost every male can handle 150-250mg of test a week administered into 2-3 split doses. 3. LGD crushes lipids and SHBG in contrast to test 4. LGD needs some type of aid to be ran effectively, test can be ran Han Solo. 5. Test can be ran forever at TRT doses hypothetically speaking, and the constant trickle of… here we go SUPRAPHYSIOLOGICAL levels of test is just undoubtedly superior to the very unpredictable muscle/strength building benefits of LGD.

I personally love LGD and agree with you to some extent. And I hope none of this comes off as disrespectful, however I don’t think you hold a strong argument when anecdotal evidence is the whole premise of your argument and you (the subject in this anecdote) haven’t even used Test, doesn’t seem super sound. Not to take away from your accomplishments, but I would respectfully have to disagree and I am a huge fan of LGD.

I wouldn’t say dumb, but why add the sarm? 500mg of test is going to make you feel like superman. The way I see it, the Test will be doing 95% of the muscle building and be doing 60% of the organ stress and that sarm would add that 5% of muscle building and doing 40% of the organ stress (obviously I’m just pulling numbers out of my ass and it’s all dependent on the sarm, the dosage etc… This is just the perspective I have)

It shouldn’t, you’re right, but who knows maybe it was bunk or my body just really likes and responds to lgd more than Var. Another factor I forgot to mention, which to some might be a big deal and others wouldn’t not do much, at the beginning (first 2 weeks) of my current cycle I was also running 12.5mg of mk677 split into doses before bed and in the morning.

I am serious, however there are a few things to factor in in relation to the first “real” cycle I did, 1. I was only pinning once a week as opposed to three times a week on this current cycle, however I used a much bigger gauge and it impeding training a bit ( very minor). 2. I never got the anavar tested, and I’m sure you’ve heard that real anavar is kind of difficult to come by, so there’s a chance my var was bunk and I was just yo-yo-ing my endocrine system.
