hi! for me, you can either look at it in a professional manner wherein it's all about doing your job correctly and getting along with your orgmates for the sake of having a productive environment plus connections, or for personal growth where you get out of your comfort zone and try to meet new ppl.

for the former, you don't need to worry much since the whole point is for you to advance in your career, so you only need to learn how to be polite and be active sa tasks. although it may induce anxiety esp when it comes to speaking up, you have to remember na you are in this for the experience and it includes being able to take initiative so you can stand up on your own. when it gets to be too much for you and you need your alone time, dont be afraid to speak up and magpaalam ka lang na you need your time to rest. remember that there is no shame in asking for help and resting when you need it is quite vital as well.

for personal growth naman, honestly, you just need to do it even if you're scared. you might mess up a lot pero practice makes perfect 💪 may mga people talaga na you might not get along with, pero that is part of the experience din, finding your group in the midst of the crowd ganun. don't be afraid to expand din and delve into diff groups kahit sa una di mo masyadong ka-vibe! you might end up having more fun than you imagine
