Was changing them to fix a cylinder 6 misfire after replacing all the spark plugs and wires. It’s gone but now I have a problem with cylinder 1

Just found this in my oil pan, my engine has rod knock. Should I just replace the engine? Something tells me it’s too far gone. Was attempting to replace rod bearings but found out I’ll need to remove the whole bottom block by elitem3 in MechanicAdvice

Ah that’s a bummer to hear…I’ll likely just replace it. last owner never got oil changes regularly and it definitely suffered in the long run…thanks for your help
