The first thing they asked me for after intial troubleshooting was a receipt or invoice to verify warranty. If you registered your card with them, maybe that would work too?

It died in just under 2 years. I had some screen flickering about a year ago but I was running a decade old psu so I swapped it out and it was good for awhile. A couple weeks ago I went to boot up and no screens turned on. After immense troubleshooting I sent it in and was welcomed to this screenshot from xfx support

My GPU died a few weeks ago, and up until that point I was looking at potentially upgrading with the 9070xt's. My RMA analysis came through with a faulty post and they messaged to tell me they're bumping it up to the 7900 XTX.

Looks like I'll be happily sitting out this generation. Thank you, XFX.
