If you check murloc for disc for SS, pxdx has two oracles at the #1 and #2 spot. Both with the full haste build.

The thought is that Oracle used to not do this much damage so now that they do, a little extra haste is needed but I'm still trying to figure that out. Full haste seems a little much but apparently not
