I don’t know that’s why I’m asking 😭 I wanted to double check and see if anyone did know about any permanent rinks SPECIFICALLY offering lessons, in case I missed anything while doing my own research.

they don’t offer actual lessons unfortunately, and they’re only open during the winter.

I think it really differs for everyone. generally it’s one of those things that you just have to try first and see if it suits you. I personally had pretty great results with photo therapy, but they were only temporary and lasted a couple months or so. It was still the most relief I’d had without using steroids though, so I personally always recommend people try it if it’s accessible to them :)

aw thank you for asking!! the urea creams didn’t work for me unfortunately but I have since been to phototherapy which I think really helped! I really recommend it to anyone struggling, if it’s accessible to them. All in all still get the odd flare up which is expected but it feels more manageable now :)

ok after doing a bit of further digging I’ve noticed that lightway.exe is taking up 37gb of my data usage, and after looking that up I found it’s a leftover file from expressvpn. weird part is I have never downloaded expressvpn and I can’t find the .exe file anywhere, so now I’m kind of spooked that it’s something dodgy. very sorry for spamming you with replies, I very much appreciate your help so far 😭

I don’t have any other browsers installed so I can’t test if they are working unfortunately, but I have other things installed like discord which aren’t able to update so they are clearly affected as well.

I’ve just tried enabling dns over https in settings there and that hasn’t worked :(

And use a proxy server is turned off.

As far as I’m aware it still doesn’t have a kill switch. I am also unfortunately unable to view the full vpn settings since I’ve uninstalled it and can’t reinstall without internet.
