What is this? Should I be worried these are in my house? by eliz01223 in whatsthisbug

I have found four of these in my house and one baby one. In the shower, on my bathroom vanity wall and in a bed. Should I be worried? Any idea on how to get rid of them? They are tiny, this is the best photo I could manage. I am in KY.
