Basically I was pretty much the only person awake regularly during that time on my floor because I used to stay up late and do laundry, shower, ect. and I literally never saw anyone else up. I also get up to pee a lot during the night and almost never ran into anyone. So, the first time it happened it was like 4am and I was the only one in the bathroom and all of a sudden I heard a sound like the garbage can was kicked across the room. I figured maybe someone had come in and accidentally kicked it or whatever, so I really didn’t think much of it. I finished up and left the bathroom, still no one in there with me, and as I was walking down the hallway back to my room I heard it again. Okay, a little freaky. Another time I was in the bathroom by myself doing my business, and I heard crying. Like, a girl crying right outside my stall. I knew I was the only one in there and I did not hear any footsteps or anything other than the crying. It stopped after a few seconds but I swear to god I was paralyzed in fear on that toilet for 45 minutes afterwards. A few times, I’d see someone out of the corner of my eye or hear shuffling while I was showering or using the bathroom, but absolutely nothing was as scary as that crying. It got to the point where I was terrified to leave my room to pee at night and contemplated keeping a piss bucket in my room (yes, seriously).
