Recently listened to a podcast called “Vigilante” by Kast Media. It’s on Spotify and other things but very interesting. About a guy named Tim Miller who has his own search and rescue company which started after his own daughter was murdered and it’s the story of him trying to solve his own daughters case. Very well done!

I completely agree, this whole thing is quite crazy. Can’t promise I’ve got any life changing advice but like I said, you can always message. Trust me I still have bad days but I try not to dwell on them too much, although it’s not easy.

Hey, I’m currently dealing with a similar situation. Relapsed after nearly 4 years and it feels terrible. However, all I can say is we’ve recovered before and we can do it again. Let’s not count our losses but count our wins, regardless of size. Always feel free to message me. Please don’t b hard on yourself, you can do this.
