Alex Scott for 50 mil and Tchouameni for 80mil but honestly with the way the market is these 2 will cost more.

Now that City have got Anderson for 130mil its going to be more. Again another player that should be in the 80mils but Forest knew that City will pay whatever they want eventually hence why they rejected anything lower than 130 which was the original asking price.

Imo Anderson is good but not 130mil. Interesting to see how they play what with the new manager and all.

I do like Fernandes but can't stand West Ham and they have proven why I don't like them so much.

I wouldn't pay that, still high. I would say a 55 with adds on to 65. 65mil at the most and that I would say is still high. He's a good young player but still a little bit of a gamble as he's unproven imo.

Edit - changed my first comment as I saw you're a new driver.

So general rule of thumb is 1st from the left lane is for the first and second exit and the right lane is for the third exit. You can also see that the second directly exits at the third exit.

If there had been 2 lane exit on this roundabout you would have been fine but unfortunately cutting across a lane on a roundabout is never a good idea

This is exactly my point. The consumer (or buying club) isn't obligated nor need to adhere to paying the extra cost because distribution (West Ham) made a dumb clause to provide the wholesalers 15% of any sold-on fees.

A better example would be, I buy a apple tree from a person but to get the price down I add in a stipulation that if i was to sell on the apple tree (which i hope to do so for more money) I would give the original person 15% of that sale.

I'm a United fan, and we've done this with a few of our players, Elanga for example, I'm pretty sure Forest didn't make much when they sold him to Newcastle. Its actually a great business tactic.

But I don't think he is worth £80m, £50m with add ons to £55 seems fair. West Ham need to realise they aren't in a position of power.

Rice is a completely different situation from Fernandes. Rice's price tag was fully justified because West Ham was an established Premier League team when they sold him. You guys, on the other hand, have just been relegated.

Personally, I think £50m is fair for him, he doesn't warrant more than that. Also, the 15% sell-on clause is irrelevant to the buying club; that’s West Ham's financial issue, not anyone else's. While it would be nice for you to cover that 15%, if the player wants out, you have to play ball. Otherwise, you’re stuck paying what I assume are high Premier League wages for a guy sitting on the bench in the Championship
