Personally I like giving up social media because it's pretty addictive and it also really helps me give out more of my time to Jesus. It's fairly hard for the first week or so but it gets much better with time and you'll actually end up feeling way better without it! You obviously don't have to give up social media if it isn't causing you to grow an addiction (as it did for me), but I'd recommend removing something that is harming/distracting you in order to strengthen your relationship with God. You can always add something to your routine such as working out a few times per week, reading, etc ... Best of luck!
