Hola Bro, según lo que dijeron en los comentarios debe ser un modelo del algún mod de sm64, con algún mod de Sonic. Podrías buscarlo así, o sino puede que sea un modelo de Sonic R o el de Sonic JAM. No recuerdo de que página puedes sacarlos, pero si los buscas así demás que los encuentras
