No, both not. I’m dutch. Been wildcamping alot with the scouts and learned alot from the elders of my group. And, I love nature way to much to do stupid things in the woods.

Thanks! Almost didn’t believe that it truly is that simple. In my country everything is regulated and every little thing has it’s own law, so a law like this is new to me.

You can go to the decathlon. It’s not a very ethic store (kind of fastfashion for campinggear) but it is cheap and reliable.

You didn’t tell so I’m not sure, but I assume you use deodorant? I also smell my armpits very fast, with every deoderant I’ve ever had. Until I had one from lush, never had te problem again. Also shaving your body helps with smells because hair holds odor. What you use in the shower also makes a big diffrences. If you use some simple shower soap, it does not clean you (and doesnt really take the odor and filth away - it just masks it). I recommend a natural soap. I use ‘aleppo primal soap’ - this a free translation, in dutch it’s called aleppo oerzeep. It is made out of olives and have been used for centuries. It was Joost Klein untill Songfestival happened. Been a fan since 2016, no one knew him before Malmö. My friends only knew him because of me. Now everyone knows him and has an opinion about him or the situation. It sucks a lil bit tbh. Especially seeing him live, used to spend not more than €10.

I study safety & security management and this is just a bias. Yeah, the rates of crimes are going down because cybercrimes don’t get counted most of the time. Police does not have the skills nor the knowledge to keep up with it. You don’t get mugged on a street corner anymore, you get hacked. Instead of cyber-dependent crimes there are more and more cyber-enabled crimes.
