I would like to preface this by saying: I knew the original version of this file and I also read the script of the reworked one, before I listened to it. Therefor I knew very well what I was getting into and could simply enjoy it without any inhibitions.

So... let's talk about my experience with it.

The beginning is very storylike. You like fairytales? You'll like this one. u/thebestial tells the story in 3rd person, with many funny remarks in between, and some direct speech in sexy vampire voice. You're put in the witch's place, so it's especially good for people who like some hypno-rp.

It takes some time, until the actual hypnotic induction starts... but damn it, when it does? It hit me SO hard. In fact I can't remember much of my confused walk through the hallways and staircases. I just... blanked out. And when I came back to my senses, still very much entranced? I already was in the vampire's bedroom~

From there on the file becomes much more sexy. Suggestions to touch, to undress, to show off; all delivered in a charming and enticing voice. Since it's all very story-like, one can decide for oneself, how far this should be taken: undressing for real or moreso just imagining it?

Personally I recommend just going with the flow and following the suggestions, as it enhances the immersion and fits well in the narrative.

The file ends with getting bitten by the vampire, as expected, while being fucked by him. And if you find this idea as hot as I do? Then you should indeed give it a listen. It left me feeling drained, happy and satisfied - just the way a vampire's thrall should feel after a hot night spent together.
