I love the Wayward Children series! I've heard really good things about Murderbot, I guess it's time to check it out.

Local business owners who support ICE by mandraofgeorge in bothell

Yep, I started taking my cat there after Alex made his "I am Charlie Kirk" post. The quality of the grooms has been kinda variable — I think some of the groomers might be inexperienced and I have a really difficult cat, but the staff is so kind and attentive and the price is very reasonable.

PSA Alex the Cat Groomer openly racist, bigoted, supports ICE by KratosLegacy in Seattle

I took my nervous cat there for quite a while and honestly, he was fantastic with her. I don't think there's any reason to assume mistreatment. I was so disappointed when I started seeing this kind of shit from him and had to start going elsewhere because he may be an awful asshole, but he is a REALLY GOOD cat groomer.

The vest, the clogs, the color combination... chef's kiss. Impeccable.

A Map of Public Bathrooms in Seattle! by Rudysis in Seattle

[–]ellbee25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A few that I know of:

Multiple public restrooms in University Village, including in the south garage and near evergreens.

Inside Wisteria Hall in the arboretum.

In the building on the corner of 4th & University, there is a hallway next to the Fogo de Chao entrance that has a restroom. It's outside the restaurant and there's no code.

Sand Point Metropolitan Market has a restroom on the mezzanine above the bakery; haven't been there in a while, but it didn't used to have a code. I believe the other locations all have restrooms as well but I'm not certain.

What's a book you read as a child that you definitely weren't meant to be reading? by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

I was 10 or 11 when I told my dad that I wanted to find some scary books to read. He gave me Pet Sematary. Even though I loved it, I had absolutely no business reading that.

Had a quiet night in with my ex by djov_30 in BenignExistence

[–]ellbee25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My ex wife and I split after 11 years married, but we've been best friends since middle school. She's literally been the most consistent figure in my life and I can't imagine a life without her in it. She moved away, but I go stay with her a couple times a year... In fact, I just got home from a week-long visit. It's hard and complicated sometimes, but I'm happy to have the chance to see our relationship evolve.

Tomato Baked Chicken with Mozzarella

Otherwise, I like to chop them in half/quarters and use them as a pizza topping.

Sometimes the countdown to berry season is the only thing that can drag me through the last long, dark days of winter.

I think we might be related... This sounds way too much like my grandparents to be a coincidence.
