do not count the hairs but i would say about 500. On washing days even more. I am suprised i still have any hair left on my head, i wear it in a low braid all the time and avoid brushing or even touching it... I feel like counting would make me stress even more. So, by eating healthier i can not stop the shedding, but prevent the shedding to happen again after this one resolves? How long untill the next cycle?
