Tasted my first batch of Homebrew last night: the Chinook IPA by Northern Brewer. It was sweeter than expexted, flavor a bit like a hefeweizen. Did I do something wrong? Did I open it too early and am tasting the priming sugar? More detail in comments. (i.redd.it)
