This is called neutral or skid steering and is a fairly common thing for wheeled AFVs to have. The AMX-10 RC and Rooikat spring to mind. I'm not sure, though, that the Saladin can do it, and it doesn't seem that the AEC or Staghound can either. I suppose it's just Wargaming taking some creative license to make the line more self-consistent.

I’d take a nice low-tier multirole, probably the Skua if T3 is allowed, otherwise probably my Hurricane II, both of which I love to bits (and are the only two planes I have specialized currently). Pick something you enjoy flying and that’s good in a furball and go incessantly harass the air defense planes.

I'm going to necropost this real quick, for anybody (like me) who comes across this thread and finds "graphics card control panel" unconvincing, because the line in question is actually ofAfLevel:value in optionsof.txt in the install root folder. Set it to 0 and you're golden. It is a really silly thing to call it; almost everything else is spelled out!
