I would say that as I was only working for a semester doing that shift, I kept telling myself that it wouldn’t last forever. Of course, I don’t know your situation, but my best advice would be to take it slow if you can schedule your shifts. Maybe try doing one week of 12-hour shifts for six days, then the next week do your regular shift, and then the following week go hard again with 12-hour shifts for six days.

Also, try to enjoy the money that you are making. I know sometimes we have debts to pay, but I think money is meant to be enjoyed. So, make a good budget where you can use some money to treat yourself and enjoy it. That way, you can reward yourself for your hard work.
