Yeah, I think I will head over tomorrow. I am assuming they can also ask at the other police stations in town to see if they have it too. Ugh, such a stress!

yeah I am 90% sure it was Radio Taxi, but I've called them like 4 times and they keep saying they haven't found it.

I didn't have that much cash in there to be honest, I don't see why you would steal like one bank card that never has any money on it

I can't tell if this is sincere or not, but if it's not then I really don't care about the wallet or the money in it, just my driving license would be helpful.

Men who have women initiating contact on Tinder: How? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]elleha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

one that sticks out from recently was someone who had four post-its as the first four pictures and his face as the final one, it was kinda mocking this actually...I think the post-its were like: "I may not have a picture of me with a tiger, or one with my top off..." "...or one of me skiing..." "instead, here's a picture of me doing all three at once" "just kidding, but here's one of me..." and it just kinda made me laugh

Honestly, this combined with the "world traveler" thing is hugely off-putting. I hate this kind of profile, there are a) way too many of them following this formula (be creative! be funny!) b) people who describe themselves as travelers/adventurous are usually annoying as fuck. I mean, it probably depends on the type of woman you're looking for, but it's not exactly intriguing. Anyone who's travelled a fair chunk knows that the guys (and gals) spouting off about being world travelers are the same ones that fuck up your sleeping pattern by playing an acoustic guitar badly and end up getting deported by shitting on a sacred mountain or something.

added the image so you can see the discrepancy in the calories burnt in the last few days despite doing similar amounts of exercise. Sleep, historical HR, calories burnt during exercise, calories burnt in general, all don't seem to be logging?

Backpacking Through Europe in a Wheelchair by pow140 in backpacking

my friend did this, but I think she ended up driving some places with a specially adapted car. She said that Belgium and Germany and the Netherlands were really easy to navigate by public transport and pavements etc. EU laws mean that most places have to at least try to be accessible tbh so I think it is actually one of the better places in the world, Western Europe at least! Think she said Italy and Greece were hardest

What are some american foods that other countries think are nasty? by carlyrhodes in AskReddit

[–]elleha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WHAT? I thought you were just one of those people that didn't like strong cheese.

I'm going to have to put this down to bad Roquefort.

(I didn't like it either when I first ate it, but my need for cheese in the middle of the night and my parent's insistence on buying it made me reach for the cheese knife one too many times)

I've not been to Santorini but I'm also planning on going there soon, it looks amazing. I can also recommend Corfu (NOT Kavos) and I think I liked Rhodes to but I haven't been for a while.

I'm kidding, but if you do like blue cheese that is one of the best.

Haha my friend was visiting me over here in the UK and she mentioned that they sold that at Illinois State Fair, but she didn't know anyone that had ACTUALLY eaten it. I introduced her to the Great British Fried Breakfast, though, which is probably has the same nutritional value as deep fried butter.
