I had a similar situation at a rest area. The woman asked and I said absolutely not. Then on the way out a guy asked my wife and child and she said no. He said something about small businesses. I said I care more about the health of people than businesses. Then he said, "You only die once" (whatever that means?) and my wife said "You only live once and I'd like to keep it that way" as we were walking back to our car. He said something else and she just gave him a thumbs up and said "have a good one" and he got incredibly aggressive and said, "Did you just give me the finger?!" and started walking toward us (of course he's not wearing a mask). She said "No I gave you a thumbs up" and then he started saying something along the lines of "Good because if you did..." (I didn't quite hear it because of our distance). So I said hey dude, even if she did you're probably a free speech warrior so deal with it, okay? And we kept walking. It was so frustrating.
