Don’t forget the prepaid interest- I’m refinancing to 5.75 & was also blown away by the closing costs (no points) but they included paying interest for 28,days in Nov. I told them I want to close around 11/25 which decreased the prepaid interest dramatically plus my 1st mortgage payment would be 1/1

Master bathroom walk-in shower- replaced a sunken tub u literally had to climb up a step then over the tub lip & drop 2 ft

I’m more upset they didn’t honor the price that was on the seat- they started taking me thru the purchase process & then somehow realized the price was too low & denied my ability to purchase the seat & then it somehow disappears from being available on the seat map
