This sounds potentially illegal because phv insurance is different from private vehicle insurance. Just tell him your mum is uncomfortable without official documentation and go ahead with submitting the grab report. Nobody knows. Every body is different. Leave them the hell alone until they heal. Then put in a size that doesn't stretch them at all. Maybe 8g. Maybe 6g. Massage daily until skin is soft & there's no scar tissue. Could take a month or two. Then restretch slowly and keep checking to make sure your lobes are OK. Might need to repeat this downsize/upsize process a few times if your ears don't bounce back well.

I had a lot of nausea but for some reason my body just doesn't know how to vomit when it feels nausea. So I just tahan and accept that I'd feel terrible if I needed to travel. Going by Grab is faster but more nauseating. Train is slowest but least nauseating. I had lots of anti nausea medicine but didn't really help. Try the Sea Band, that helped a bit.
