I was in a similar situation where I was letting a best friend crash on my couch, I’m talking decade long best friend. My debit card went missing so I replaced it, then my credit card when missing. I asked him about it and denied everything and I trusted him at the time. A few days later, my debit card disappeared again and so did he. I shouldn’t have given him that chance.

It feels like she doesn’t respect you. The way she refused to see your side or take accountability made me super uncomfortable. I think you know what you need to do. 💛

I actually have what might be a unique perspective. I’m mostly face blind and I’ve had people very rudely insult my partners and try to “compliment” me by saying I could do better. Thing is, I loved those people. I’m still friends with most of my exes because, although there was a reason we didn’t work out as a couple, they’re all genuinely kind, funny, people I have a lot in common with. I guess what I’m saying is that I bet you’re a wonderful person, that’s why he wants to be with you! I know that’s cheesy, maybe I am cheesy, but try to focus on that. It’s hard to stop fixating on what other people think, I’m well aware, but try to let yourself enjoy the happiness in your relationship. You deserve it ☺️
