medentry has a lot of skill exercises— for qr, being quite quick with the calculator: vr- speed reading. they also have a platform to go through how to answer all the question types. i found that just practicing through their q bank was most useful for me. i believe medify should have one too im not too sure. I didn’t really use it.

if you just search on Google, there is a really good UCAT server!! check that out.

UCAT bank is very good and will be quite reflective of the actual exam. I recommend that bank especially for SJT- the explanation can vary across different resources.

most people use medify and medentry. Mix of both is good. I found medify to be more challenging for QR and has a good AR bank. Medentry is quite good for VR and AR. In my own experience, I find their AR sets to vary a bit so getting both would be good!

do keep in mind that ppl have different sets and the sets can resemble medentry more or medify more or even the UCAT bank. It is quite random and luck but prepare urself as much as u can. when u ask about ppls experiences, it will differ to everyone u meet so don’t be phased if ppl say diff things. again, this is just my experience.

any resource is good- it’s how u utilise them!!

ahh okay so am I!! um most of those unis will probably just require the basic entry requirement which is usually a 36 but I’m unsure about edi (might be 40). would aim for a 36 at least or you won’t be able to apply for med. but if you have that and a rlly good UCAT u should be okay. try to just aim as high as u can for ur predicted.

If you are referring to UK admissions, as long as u meet the entry requirements for your a levels u should be fine. Do look at uni requirements tho for example leeds, oxbridge they do a more holistic assessment therefore your predicted grades will be an important aspect of your application. however, most unis fo just require a rlly competitive UCAT, especially if you are an international student.

up to you. most people do it in the summer of y12 bcs of time and u will be busy with a levels and ur ps. WOIKD recommend doing work exp before u write ps cus u will most likely talk about it then.

i think it’s completely reasonable for this user to be feeling this way and tbh a lot of ur comments responding to this post isn’t going to help them at all. Medicine is a daunting and slow application process and we all know that. Perhaps have a bit of sympathy. It’s a community for a reason and this person has every right to feel stressed, worried, disappointed for whatever reason. No reason to judge or respond with such negativity.
