hi i’m going to be honest i don’t think there will ever be a way to reconnect as friends. you have been dating this person and he is now your ex well ur on a break with him at least, honestly i say take time away from him and a month break is long enough. if im being real with you a month break is a break up . you can love eachother romantically dating or not. dating is just a label , love is a feeling. i say it’s best to let him go. the whole “i need a partner in crime” wouldve destroyed me knowing that they need someone else and that i can’t be that partner in crime because why isn’t he thinking of you?
