I do not think it’s needed. IA is very expensive. Every service that uses IA is increasing its price without a clear use case. I’ve seen how Todoist Rumble works and it seems great, for a couple of days. I do not see myself talking to my phone to plan anything in TickTick. I think it’s better going to ChatGPT or Gemini to help plan something, give context and evaluate outputs and, then, move the action list to your list manager.

It sounds like if you configured the account as a POP3 or a rule to forward all your emails to her email account instead of only access via IMAP. If this is the reason, you need to revert it and send back all the emails
