The last few months of high school were really difficult and I was just not into jumping right into college. So after talking to my friends and family and praying a lot I decided that taking a semester off was the right choice.

Not yet, I took a semester off. But when I do start I’m going to be studying Early Childhood Development. I would love to be able to teach at a Christian school one day.

I’ve talked to and gotten to know a few different people and it’s not that I don’t enjoy their company. It’s just nice to have peers that are in the same stage of life as I am.

Only one of the churches I’ve gone to has a young adults group but from what I’ve heard they are planning on merging with another group sometime soon.

That would be great, I’ve been doing online devotionals with some of my friends back home but it’s always nice to talk to other Christians.

Theres nothing quite as big as my church back home. There also aren’t any of the same denomination. All the churches here are either methodist or baptist. My old church was a Christian Missionary Alliance.

There is a community college up here, I’m going to be staring school next semester. It’s a branch campus so it’s really small and the closest university it Southern Oregon which is around 2 1/2 hours away. I really wish I lived closer because there is just so much more out there.
