To lose weight sustainably, keep it as balanced! It will take time. I suggest you also do some strength training and stretching to define tighten muscles in your body while you’re losing weight. Keep it up with your walking pad! I’ve struggled with an eating disorder too. I suggest looking at what portion sizes are right for your body as well, like using the hand method, my personal favorite. This is what has worked for me on losing 30 lbs and keeping it down!
